Returns & Exchanges

At NIS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your NIS account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange has been processed.
